Warm Towels

So, that towel warmer I've been talking about--I bought it. *happy* I can't wait for it to arrive! It's so cold in the morning now.

How does it work exactly? Do you hang your towels on it and put it front of a heater? Are the bars heated themselves? (Can't read the Japanese ._.)

I think that the bars are heated. ^_^ I will be plugging it in before my shower, and turning it off when I get out, and in the interim the towel should get nice and warm! <3
